Hi mam. Why I don''t have celery.. What else I can use in recipe carrot pinwheel. Cheese spread means slice cheese or something else. Is kalimirch necessary or I can add something else like chat masala

Tarla Dalal    Hi Kavita, You can skip adding celery. Cheese spread is readily available in the market and is different from cheese slice. We have not tried using chaat masala but, feel free to use it instead of kalimirch.

Bread and pinwheels.. Perfect!!. Plus carrots are very good for kids.. I love the idea of usingthis for parties or as fingre foods.. There is a slight tang from the ketchup and the cheese spreads makes it all the more tasty..A simple quick recipe..Worth making it..
