Carrots are the novel ingredients in the otherwise traditional bread mixture in the carrot loaf recipe. Enriched with the goodness of carrots, the carrot loaf is best enjoyed with eggs and milk as breakfast.

1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup grated carrots
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder

  1. Mix melted butter and condensed milk, well
  2. Add maida, sugar powder, cocoa and mix well.
  3. Finally add grated carrots and mix well till u get a pouring consistensy.
  4. Bake in the microwave (uncovered)for 5 min. comes out soft and spongy)
