A healthy choice for a cupcake, that mothers would like to give their children and something that kids will also enjoy!
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Pour the batter into greased cupcake tray until they are 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack and serve warm.
