Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup carrot juice
1 cup beetroot juice
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
  1. Combine the carrot juice, beetroot juice and mint and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Strain and add the salt and enough ice and blend again.
  3. Serve chilled.
