Ingredients
1 green capsicum , diced
1 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
salt to taste
Method
  1. Heat Oil in a deep pan,add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds splutter, add asafoetida and capsicum.
  3. Cook on a medium flame till it appears little charred.
  4. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
  5. In a deep bowl, add curds, capsicum mixture and salt and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
