  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chillies and ginger and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the capiscum, mushroom, chilli powder and salt and saute for 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and sprinkle little water and simmer for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Serve hot.
