Cappuccino Custard with Mango recipe - How to make Cappuccino Custard with Mango

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 6 to 7 servings

350 ml milk
2 tbsp coffee powder dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup cold
2 tbsp grated chocolate
1 cup chopped mangoes

For Garnish
cinnamon (dalchini) powder
2 tsp grated dark chocolate
  1. Heat milk in a non stick pan, add the sugar, dissolved coffee-water mixture, dissolved cornflour - milk mixture and chocolate. Melt and mix well.
  2. Simmer for few minutes until the back of the spoon gets thin smooth creamy coating of custard.
  3. Refrigerate to cool and keep the mangoes in refrigerator.
  4. While serving, take individual serving bowls.
  5. Place mango at the base.
  6. Cover with custard. Sprinkle grated chocolate. Add mangoes and repeat.
  7. Finally top it with some more mangoes, sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve.
  8. Serve it with roasted almonds and walnuts and baked puris.
