Pl pardon my ignorance.. What''s a hopper?

Tarla Dalal    Dear Pinky A hopper is a centrifugal juicer which work by using a flat cutting blade on the bottom of a rapidly spinning strainer. The cut frutis and veggies are forced against the juicing strainer through the use of centrifugal force. This force separates the juice from the pulp through the tiny holes in the juicing container.

Carrots and Beetroot aren't exactly my favourite ingredients for juice, but I made this one for its health properties! the celery and parsley definitely add to the taste of the beverage. Easy to make on a regular basis. thanks.
