Ingredients

Hopper Method
2 cups carrot cubes (unpeeled)
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup tomato cubes
crushed ice for serving

Juicer Method
1 1/4 cups carrot cubes (unpeeled)
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup tomato cubes
crushed ice for serving

    Hopper method
  1. Add the carrot cubes, spinach and tomato cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
  2. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  3. Serve immediately.

Juicer method

  1. Combine the carrot cubes, spinach and tomato cubes along with 1 cup of water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer.
  3. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
