Overflowing with instantly available essential nutrients, Calcium Rich Carrot Spinach and Tomato Juice provides power, energy and stamina - just in a glass.

Serve it topped with some finely chopped tomatoes which besides adding crunch to this drink makes it more colourful and interesting.

Hopper method- Add the carrot cubes, spinach and tomato cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.

Juicer method- Combine the carrot cubes, spinach and tomato cubes along with 1 cup of water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer.
