Cabbage upkari recipe - How to make Cabbage upkari
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1cabbage finely chopped
2onions finely chopped
1/2tsp channa dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)1/2 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
5-6 red chill
1tsp shredded coconut salt to taste
- Method to cook
- In a khadai put oil, put channa dal, rai, red chillies and urad dal let it crackel then put onion and fry till onion changes its colour then put cabbage add little water and salt and close the lid and leave till the cabbage is cooked then add hing and coconut mix it well.
