Ingredients
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When they crackle, add the green chillies and stir-fry for a couple of seconds.
  3. Add the cabbage, turmeric powder and salt and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the coconut, coriander and 2 tbsp water. Mix well and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
