4 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 cup curds (dahi)
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
2 onions , finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
4 green chillies , finely chopped
1/2 coconut , finely grated
salt to taste
oil for cooking
  1. Combine the rice flour with curds and salt, mix well and cover and keep aside for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat the tava and grease it with oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly to make a thin circle.
  5. Sprinkle the prepared mixture evenly on top.
  6. Cook using little oil, till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
  7. Serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney.
