Bored of eating regular onion pakoda and potato bhajia? here is another variety of pakoda, cabbage pakoda which is made with the combination of capsicum, gram flour, rice flour and other spices which can be served as a starter as well can enjoy in monsoon season. Here also i have added rice flour to make the pakodas crispy

Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add little water and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, drop a spoonful of batter and deep fry the pakodas till they are golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
