Cabbage manchurian is a delicious manchurian recipe with the cabbage as a based. Use this dumplings in sour and sweet gravvy or sauce, as per your choice.

Cabbage Manchurian recipe - How to make Cabbage Manchurian

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 cups grated cabbage
1 cup plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
2 tsp garam masala
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
oil for deep-frying

For Serving
tomato sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add little water and make a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into small balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the manchurian balls till they turns golden brown in colour from all the sides. Remove on absorbent paper.
  4. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
