Ingredients

1 cup maida floor 1/2 cup milk,
3tsp curd, 1tsp butter, 1 pinch yeast(or baking soda), salt n sugar to taste.
Method

  1. procedure: mix maida,curd,butter,yeast(or baking soda),salt and sugar. and make a soft dough out of it by kneading it with water. allow it to rest for 4 hours. take a medium size ball of the dough and press it into a 10cm diameter roti after that fold the roti into a roll, curl it and make a ball and then press it into a thin roti . cut the rote i
