A simple and easy recipe of pakodas made with wheat flour. Just season with some chaat masala and have it as an evening snack or as a side dish with rice and dal.

Bunuelos recipe - How to make Bunuelos

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
4 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
2 cups water
1/2 tsp chaat masala
oil to deep fry
Method
  1. Boil together water and ghee.
  2. When it starts boiling, add the wheat flour and salt to taste.
  3. Stir continuously on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Remove from fire.
  5. Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of the mix and fry till light brown.
  6. Drain and sprinkle with chaat masala.
