A traditional Parsi delicacy which is made using caramelised onions and sugar which together impart a deep brown colour to this rice. Serve with any dal or Chinese noodles or Mexican food.
- Wash rice and put them in a pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water.
- Add garam masala, ghee, salt, and tea bags.
- Wait until one whistle of the cooker and then let the steam out gradually.
