BROCCOLI-1 SMALL FRESH & GREEN
CELERY- 2 SPRIGS
TOMATOES-2 salt to taste
- Cut the broccoli into florets
- Cut the celery into small pieces
- Dice the onions and tomatoes
- Add salt and enough water to it and pressure cook for one or two whistles
- Cool it and put it in a mixer
- Sieve it
- Heat it while serving
- Add pepper and butter to taste
