Broccoli and Mango Fritters recipe - How to make Broccoli and Mango Fritters

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the garlic and green chillies in a bowl and mix well, adding water as required.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and green chilli and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add to the mixture and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Take a non stick pan, put 1/2 tsp oil and make fritters.
  5. Serve hot
