A Healthy colourful food.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the garlic and green chillies in a bowl and mix well, adding water as required.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and green chilli and saute for 1 minute.
- Add to the mixture and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Take a non stick pan, put 1/2 tsp oil and make fritters.
- Serve hot
