Broccoli, Bean Sprouts and Green Peas Salad ( High Blood Pressure Recipe)

A crisp and nutritious salad with the goodness of vitamin-rich broccoli and protein- and calcium-rich bean sprouts and green peas.
- Put plenty of water to boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute. Drain and put immediately in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain again and keep aside.
- Cook the green peas in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and put immediately in ice-cold water for at least 5 minutes. Drain again and keep aside.
- Put the bean sprouts in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Combine the broccoli, green peas, bean sprouts and spring onions in a bowl and put in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss.
- Serve chilled topped with sesame seeds.
