  1. Make a paste of all the ingredients
  2. Fry onoins & tomatoes
  3. Add turmeric , chilli & salt & paste.
  4. Fry till the raw smell disappears
  5. Then add the brinjals & cook in the gravy till done
  6. Add water if necessary
  7. Garnish with coriander.
