Makes 2 to 4 servings
- Grill the brinjal slices on a pan or griller by brushing them with little oil, till it becomes slightly brown on both sides.
- Mix curd with rest of the ingredients except pomegranate and sev.
- Arrange the brinjal slices in a plate, on top of it pour the curd.
- On top of curd sprinkle pomegranate and sev.
- Serve immediately.
