If there is no tomato puree u can add tomato ketchup.
- Add tomato puree to sooji, some water if the paste is too thick to spread.
- Add chopped onion, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
- Spread the paste on one side of the bread sprinkle mixed herbs and cheeze on the top of the spread. shallow fry the side without the paste till the paste thickens and holds, then flip over.
- Wait for a minute or till done. serve hot with tomato sause.
