Bread Gulab Jamun recipe - How to make Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients
4 bread slices
3 to 4 tsp milk
2 tbsp grated mava (khoya)
2 tsp chopped mixed nuts
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp powdered cardamoms
4 to 5 saffron (kesar) strands strands
ghee for cooking
sugar syrup as needed
Method
    Method
  1. In a non stick pan, heat the khoya and saute for few minutes.
  2. Add the sugar, nuts, cardamom powder and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Take milk in a bowl, out the bread slice in milk and squeeze well.
  4. Fill the stuffing in the bread slice and seal the edges of the bread properly.
  5. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and deep fry the gulab jamuns till they turn golden brown.
  6. Put them in sugar syrup.
  7. Serve warm.
