Bottle Guard Pan Cakes recipe - How to make Bottle Guard Pan Cakes

Ingredients
1 small bottle guard
3 inch ginger (adrak)
10 green chillies
2 onions
1 table spoon cumin seeds (jeera)
3 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 table spoon salt
100 ml oil to sprinkle
Method
    Method
  1. Peel off the skin for bottle guard and cut it into pieces, and grate it in a mixer.
  2. Add chopped onions and chilli ginger paste for the bottle guard mixture.
  3. Add rice flour,salt,jeera to the paste and mix it well.
  4. Take a wet cloth and place small rounds of prepared mixture and press it as roti by using palm.
  5. Place the pressed mixture on hot tava and sprinkle oil and
  6. toast it both sides.
  7. Serve hot with tomato and onion chutney or coconut chutney or with curd.
