Just like cheesecakes, mousses and other recipes made with blueberry crush, the blueberry and apple smoothie is also a sure hit! apples are used to make the smoothie thick without overpowering the sharp hints of blueberry.
- Combine the curds-milk mixture, blueberry crush, apples and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately garnished with 2 apple wedges on the rim of each glass.
