Ingredients
6 tbsp blueberry crush
1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped apples
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with 1/2 cup of chilled full-fat milk
1/2 cup ice-cubes

For The Garnish
4 thin apple wedges
Method
  1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, blueberry crush, apples and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with 2 apple wedges on the rim of each glass.
