Truly a novel dessert recipe, black grapes whip are as appealing in looks as in taste. The antioxidant loaded black grapes are crushed and blended with sweetened cream to create this delicious black grape whip.
- Heat the gelatin slowly in the juice or puree & water until dissolved.
- Add sugar if necessary.
- Cool, and then whisk briskly until thick foam is produced.
- Pour quickly into a glass dish & set.
