Biscuits Cake

Biscuit cake is a simple cake recipe prepared from crushed biscuits. Simply break the biscuits into small pieces and mix it with the chocolate nutties and dry fruits. Stir the mixture and pour into the greased cake tin to create an awesome biscuit cake.

35 marie biscuits
1 small packet of yellow butter
100 gms drinking chocolate
2 tbsp coffee
4 tsp sugar

  1. Make a paste of the butter & drinking chocolate
  2. Boil some water with coffee & sugar
  3. Dip one by one the marie biscuits in it
  4. (don't dip for too long as they will break)
  5. Keep one dipped marie biscuit in the centre & 6 around it
  6. With the spoon spread a little mixture of butter & chocolate over it
  7. Repeat this for 5 layers
  8. Decorate it with cashew nuts & almonds
  9. Keep in the fridge
  10. Eat cold
