A healthy fruity dessert recipe, birch muesli is simply irrestible and yet so easy to prepare. A divine mix of soaked oats(in milk and honey),cut seasonal fruits, whipped cream and castor sugar, the birch muesli is laden with goodness of whole grain, fruits and honey. A cold dessert recipe for summer evenings.
- Soak oats in milk with sugar and honey and chill for 4 hours
- Cut fruits ( except apples) in to small cubes and set aside some to garnish .
- Beat the cream untill stiff
- Mix all the ingredients .fold in cream, garnish with preserved fruits and serve cold .
