  1. Blend the corn in a mixer to a coarse mixture.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, shape the mixture itno small vadas and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
