Bhelan ki Thulli recipe - How to make Bhelan ki Thulli

Ingredients

thulli-1 tea cup
1 1/2 cups chhilkewali urad dal (split black lentils)
mixed vegetables-carrot,capsicum,onion,peas,tomato-2 tea cups
3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method

  1. Wash the daal and keep aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker heat the oil.add the vegetables and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add all the spices,thulli and the daal.
  4. Fry it for 1 minute
  5. Add 5 teacups of water and take 3 whistles in the pressure cooker.
  6. Garnish with corriander.
