Ingredients

50 gms sev
50 gms paapri,coarsely crushed
100 gms puffed rice (kurmura)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped raw mango
2 green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
lemon juice to taste
tamarind chutney to taste
mint chutney to taste
salt to taste
Method

  1. 1. in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. 2. adjust the chili powder according to taste.
  3. 3. serve immediately in individual plates.
