Bhavnagri marcha are spicy but not very very spicy. Each chillies are cut into small roundels and blend well with black salt to give nice tangy taste.

Bhavanagari Marcha recipe - How to make Bhavanagari Marcha

1 cup bhavanagari chillies , cut into roundels
3/4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds powder
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida,bhavanagari chillies,turmeric powder,black salt and salt and mix well.
  2. Cook on a slow flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring once in between.
  3. Add coriander seeds powder and mix well and cook on a slow flame for another minute.
  4. Serve hot.

Spicy and great substitute for green chillies. Quick to make and fairly healthy. Sanchal adds a nice taste to it.
