4 eggs , beaten
2 tbsp ghee
20 raisins (kismis)
potato salli
2 to 3 green chillies , finely chopped
salt to taste
  1. Take a non stick pan add ghee (pure ghee will give you added taste and aroma)add chilies, than add eggs, french fries, salt and kismis and mix it well it should have good amount of moisture. Serve hot.
