Bhari bhindi is a delectable stuffed bhindi recipe with the ladyfinger's slit and then stuffed with spice powders and onion paste. Enjoy this bhari bhindi recipe with roti or paratha.
- Make a small slit along each ladies finger and stuff little stuffing in each and keep aside.
- Put 1 tbsp oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at high for 2 minutes.
- Add the onions microwave at high for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the ladies ginger microwave at high for 4-5 minutes or till the ladies finger are cooker, stirring twice in bet.
- Serve hot.
