To Be Mixed Together For The Stuffing
3 tsp of coriander (dhania) seeds powder
3 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) or to taste
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala

Other Ingredients
400 gms small ladies finger (bhindi)
1/4 cup sliced onions
oil for cooking
  1. Make a small slit along each ladies finger and stuff little stuffing in each and keep aside.
  2. Put 1 tbsp oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at high for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions microwave at high for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the ladies ginger microwave at high for 4-5 minutes or till the ladies finger are cooker, stirring twice in bet.
  5. Ween.
  6. Serve hot.
