Ingredients

1/2 cup Steamed Rice
2 cups boiled green peas
4 to 5 potatoes
4 to 5 onions
1 tbsp garam masala
12 to 15 pcs garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 capsicums
salt to taste
little oil
Method

  1. First make a paste of onions.let it be in frying pan till it becomes brown.
  2. Puttomato puree in it.
  3. Put garlic paste which should be made prior to it.then put peas and simla mirch.
  4. Then add rice .put tomato sause if you need.
  5. For garnishing put coriender leaves.
