The tomatoe and onions have to be really small otherwise the besan wont spread easily on the tawa.
the same batter can be used to make small size besan dosas and be served with the stuffing as a topping and garnish with coriander.

Besan roll recipe - How to make Besan roll
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
Part -1
2 Bowl Besan
1/2 Bowl -Chopped Onion
1/2 Bowl-Chopped Tomatoe
1/4 - Coriander Chopped
1 Chopped Green Chillies
Salt, Red Chillie, Garam Masala
PART-2
250 gms. Paneer
250 gms . Sprouts
1Bowl - Chopped Cucumber
1 Bowl - Rings of Onions
- Mix ingredients of bowl 1 with water to make a smooth batterand spread thin on non stick tawa to be spread like a dosa. put little oil and once little crispy brown take out on tissue paper.make equal size 6 besan dosas
- Mix ingredients of bowl 2 in a bowl .this will form the stuffing.
- Fill the stuffing in each besan dosa and make a roll.put toothpick so that the dosas dont open . serve hot on plate, garnish with coriander chuttni and tomatoe ketchup
