when your gravy is a bit too much spicy add a pinch of sugar to make it less spicy.
- Cut capsicums and carrots in small thin long strips.shallow fryin little oil with salt and chilly powder until done .keep aside.
- Mix apaste of bason with salt,chillypdr,sugar and mango powder .
- Keep i tbsp oil in a pan and add jeera and shallow fry this paste without sticking at the bottom.keep covered until done and make it to a nice coarse powder.
- Add it to the vegetables evenly with dhania leaves decorated.
