  1. Combine the coriander along with ginger, green chillies and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add salt, mix well and keep aside.
  3. Cut the paneer in cubes and cut each peice in half keeping one side intact.
  4. Spread a tbsp of chutney in between and on the top and coat the paneer peice with maida paste.
  5. Deep fry the paneer till yellowish white in colour and keep aside.
  6. Heat some oil in a kadhai, add the curds and cream and mix well.
  7. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook till the gravy is cooked.
  8. Add the paneer cubes and cook till it becomes a little thick.
  9. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
