Make these beetroot and cabbage parathas with chutney of imli or dahi.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add enough water and knead into a smooth dough.
- divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll them into parathas.
- Cook each paratha using oil till golden brown spots appears on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
