Beetroot Buttermilk recipe - How to make Beetroot Buttermilk

Makes 4 servings
- Peel and chop beetroot and grind together with green chilies, ginger, coriander and mint till smooth.
- In a wide bowl, combine the curd , water, salt, beetroot paste and mix well.
- Strain/filter buttermilk and serve.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
