An innovative spicy achaar or pickle recipe, Beetroot pickle is a great accompaniment to any meal. The sweet taste of beetroot gets masked with the strong flavour of oil and spices and is best enjoyed with dal chawal or stuffed Parathas.
- Wash beetroots and cut them in large flanks after peeling.
- Add salt, chiili and ryeand mix well.
- Let it marinate for 10 minutes and your pickle is ready.
