Ingredients

2 large beetroots
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp rye
Method

  1. Wash beetroots and cut them in large flanks after peeling.
  2. Add salt, chiili and ryeand mix well.
  3. Let it marinate for 10 minutes and your pickle is ready.
