Basil is truly a divine herb here basil is the main ingredient. Condensed milk enhances the sweetness of basil. Sipping coffee in between opens the taste buds so that basil flavor can be deeply experienced. And with cheese it has amazing friendship.

Basil Macaroni recipe - How to make Basil Macaroni

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 6 to 7 servings

2 cups boiled macaroni
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup small whole basil leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1 tbsp condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup blached cauliflower florets
1/4 cup blanched green peas
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp butter

For The Garnish
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
a few basil leaves
1/4 cup toasted walnuts (akhrot)
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, add the green peas and cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add all other ingredients and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add more milk and cheese if more coating is desired.
  4. Keep it saucy and creamy.
  5. Serve hot with hot coffee.
  6. Garnish it with cheese, basil and walnut while serving.
