Banna with Cherry Sauce

The fresh ripe bananas are enjoyed with a sweet red tinged cherry sauce in the banana with cherry sauce recipe as dessert or fruit salad. The cherry sauce can be used as a topping with any fruit or ice cream of choice.
- Cut bananas in pieces and roll in the crushed macaroons and then in the flour. then fry in oil till golden brown. drain out the oil and brush them with apricot jam. arrange on a serving plate in the shape of a rising triangle.sprinkle with nuts.
- For the cherry sauce:
- Melt the black currant jelly in a saucepan and add water and sugar.to this syrup add the cherries and pour over the banana triangle.
