Ingredients
1 cup chopped bananas
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chilled low-fat milk , 99.7% fat-free
1/4 cup low-fat curds (dahi)
1 tsp sugar
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

A good balance of all ingredients.... with each sip you can enjoy the flavours of each and every ingredient of this drink... great for parties, especially in summers... will be welcomed by kids and adults both...

Great combo of banana, curds and pineapple. Daughter loved it too.
