This sheera is made from easily available fruit i. e. Banana. Enjoy!
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,the semolina and roast on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.
- Add the milk,sugar and cream and cook till the rawa becomes soft.
- Add the remaining ghee and cook till it leaves the vessel.
- Add the cashews ,raisins, cardamom powder and bananas and mix well remove from the flame and serve hot.
