Ingredients
Method

  1. Peel,wash and wipe out the raw bananas.
  2. Cut them into 1 1/2 inch sized pieces.
  3. Have thichness of about 5 cms.
  4. Fry the raw banana pieces in oil.
  5. Mix the jaggery in water until it is diluted.
  6. Drain and bring the same to boil and later turn it to a syrup form.
  7. Mix the raw banana pieces and stir it every now and then.
  8. Remove from flame.
  9. Banana jaggery fry is ready.
