Banana Apple Carrot Halwa recipe - How to make Banana Apple Carrot Halwa

1 cup grated carrot
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped bananas
1 cup chopped apple
3/4 cup ghee
2 cups sugar
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 cup vanilla ice-cream
1 cup chopped almonds (badam)
  1. Combine the carrot and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer in a deep non-stick pan, add the banana and apple, mix well and cook till they are soft, while stirring continuously and the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Remove from the flame and add the ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with almonds and with ice-cream.
