Method

  1. Boil all the veggies separately
  2. Keep aside & mix them in a bowl with salt&pepper
  3. In asaucepan add1teaspoon oil & 1teaspoon butter
  4. Put on stove till warm.
  5. Add maida or wheatflour. stir slowly till roux is formed.
  6. Remove from stove & add milk. break lumps & put again on stove, on low flame.
  7. Thicken to your taste.
  8. Remove from stove & add in the veggies.
  9. Grease a bake dish with oil or butter. both taste good!
  10. Add the veggies & the cheese sauce.
  11. Sprinkle grated cheese & dot with oil or butter
  12. Grill in oven till the top browns. it is now ready to serve.
