Baked spinach pan cake is a healthy and great source of iron, calcium and fiber. The bake spinach is made into a batter with maida and then rolled on a pan like pancakes. Serve this crispy and tasty pancakes with chilli sauce.

for pan cake:
1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cornflour
salt to taste
water to make the batter

2 cups chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
salt to taste
2 tsp butter
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 cups White Sauce
2 cheese cubes

  1. Mix the ingrdients of pan cake and make the cakes in a pan adding some butter.
  2. Add some butter to an empty pan and add spinach,paneer,saltand pepper to it.cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill the filling in the pan cakes and roll them.
  4. Now arrange the rolled pan cakes in a bake dish and pour white on top of it.
  5. Now cover it with cheese and bake it in oven.
